What problems may I face?
 Most problems between Chinese suppliers and their clients are due to poor communication. Culturally, suppliers can be reluctant to question things they do not understand. This then leads to misunderstandings, a reluctance to continue communication and a general breakdown. We communicate on your behalf in either Cantonese or Mandarin, taking at each stage instruction from our UK clients eliminating the communication breakdown issues.
Why use a aontract?
Business conducted in China works best with a Chinese contract written in dual language in place. A non Chinese contract is difficult to enforce inside China. Culturally Chinese suppliers may ignore issues where no Chinese contract is in place. Contacts are the backbone of business in China and these will specify delivery dates, penalties, payment terms quality issues and the aspects of making the business work. These documents form the backbone of our structure, relating the buying contract to quality, packaging, price and delivery times

How am i charged?

A fixed fee paid monthly, with no hidden charges. A pre agreed one off problem fix fee is also available.

What are the major issues?

Late delivery, sample chaos, no sealed sample reference, no contractual obligation, and language difficulties, just to name a few. We can provide evidential examples of previous issues faced by clients if required
